Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

When returning shoes, please do not use the shoebox as a shipping box. The shoebox is part of the product, and we cannot issue a refund if it is damaged or has labels on it. The shoebox must be intact and free of labels.
All returned items must be in perfect, saleable condition. We reserve the right to determine whether an item is saleable. If an item is deemed unsaleable, we cannot issue a refund. To be considered saleable, an item must meet the following criteria:
- Tags have not been removed.
- The item does not smell of smoke, perfume, or aftershave.
- The item has not been washed.
- The item is unmarked, not soiled, and undamaged in any way.
- Shoe soles are unmarked.
- Shoes have not been worn outside.
- Shoeboxes are unmarked and not written on.
Repackage your item and return it via Royal Mail at your local Post Office to:

Please allow up to 10 business days to process your return (we aim for 2 days). Business days are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
Once your return is processed, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account (this is the bank's policy, not ours).
Make a note of your tracking number, as we are unable to provide one for the return.
Extended Returns during the Festive Season
For any purchases made between 01st November and 24th December, Returns will be accepted until 31st January.
So, if you bought a gift and effed up the sizing or seriously misjudged your S.O's taste ... don't panic, we've got you covered.
That equates to more time eating turkey and swilling booze, too. For the win!

- Print off a free returns label here. Please ensure you have selected the correct returns address. Customers are responsible for goods until we receive them back. We cannot be held responsible for goods sent to the incorrect address.

- Items must be received back to us within 45 days of purchase, this includes postage time. Please allow 5 working days for items to get back to us. We aim to process returns within 10 working days of them arriving.
- You will receive an email notification once your refund complete.
- It is the customer's responsibility to cover postage costs for any returned items.
